I'm an independent female driving instructor, fully qualified by the DVSA to deliver professional driving lessons. I am very patient and teach in a calm and friendly manner, striving to provide the highest standard of service at a competitive price. Being a local driving instructor means I know a lot of detail about the areas I cover, allowing me to choose suitable training places for all levels.
I work closely with my learners throughout the process to ensure that they are fully happy with every stage of learning before moving on. I believe that the best person to manage the learning process is the student, so they will always be at the centre of my lessons, building their skills, confidence and self-belief.
The car I deliver driving lessons in is a Vauxhall Corsa 1.40 EcoTEC. I chose this car because it has excellent all-round visibility, is very economical, and has easy to use controls. It is also a fairly small car, allowing for easy manoeuvring, has a manual gear box and a petrol engine.
I pride myself on keeping it clean and tidy (although the weather is a constant challenge). The vehicle has dual controls fitted, which allows me to take control if any sticky situations develop, ensuring everyone is kept safe. It also has air conditioning to keep us comfortable during the summer.
I offer lessons in a small area to keep costs down for me and you. I cover locations in and around Dover, using the Folkestone or Canterbury test centres for your driving test. For guidance, towns which I will pick up/drop off to are Dover, Whitfield, Lydden, Alkham, West Hougham, Guston and nearby villages.
